ExponentialEase { EasingMode = EaseIn, Exponent = 1 }: the last third of a progress dot.

Written in Silverlight's own normalised form, (e^t − 1) / (e − 1), rather than in the exp(n·(t−1)) shorthand the sixes above use. At exponent 6 that shorthand starts a quarter of a percent along and nobody can see it; at exponent 1 it starts 37 % along, so a dot would jump a third of the way down the bar the moment it entered its last leg.
