Rewrite every selected golden, including the ones the verification would accept as they are.

Off by default, which makes a record on an unchanged tree write nothing: a render that differs from its golden only within the comparison's tolerances is the same picture to every check that looks at it, and writing it anyway puts files in the diff (and blobs in Git LFS) that no review can tell apart from a real change. Turn it on for the re-record after a Compose, font or renderer change, where the whole set is meant to be replaced.

@Internal for the same reason as component: ViddikForceArgumentProvider declares it as an input and carries it into the test JVM.
